
This Is a workaround for Windows 10 after the March update If you or a client crashes when printing and get a “Blue Screen”, do the following:
- Pause Updates
- Start -> Settings -> Update & Security -> View update history -> Uninstall Updates
- Uninstall the following updates From the List below:
KB5000802 for Windows 10 version 2004 and 20H2
KB5000808 for Windows 10 version 1909
KB5000822 for Windows 10 version 1809
KB5000848 and KB5000853 for Windows 8.1
